The heart behind Central Young Adults is to bring young adults together to encounter Jesus in community and develop their faith in Him through intentional discipleship. This form is designed for you to be able to quickly connect with the leaders of Central Young Adults so we can help you develop in your faith process. We are glad you are here and desire to see you get plugged in with all that is happening at Central.

Do you spend time reading scripture and prayer daily? Click "Yes" if you spending at least 5 of 7 days a week with the Lord.

(Ex. Small group bible study, Core-52 group, Prayer group, or Mentor) (Excluding Thursday Group or Sunday Church)
